On inspection this item appears to be nothing more than a normal, food services ceramic bowl. However, when ordered, the bowl produces a serving of pasta and sauce. This magical bowl may be used an unlimited number of times per day, hence the name never ending pasta bowl, but each bowl only produces a single pasta and sauce combination. Determine the dish using the following tables:
Pasta: (Roll d12)
1. Spaghetti
2. Linguine
3. Angel Hair
4. Fettuccine
5. Penne
6. Farfalle
7. Rotini
8. Fusilli
9. Rigatoni
10. Ziti

3. Alfredo
4. Pesto
5. Arrabbiata

produce a meat. Use the following table
to determine what meat will be produced.
Meat: ( Roll d4)
1. Meatballs *
2. Italian Sausage
3. Chicken Piccata
4. Veal Pane
*If the sauce the bowl produces is marinara and the meat is
meatballs, there is a 50% chance that the Never Ending Pasta Bowl will produce
Bolognese instead.
Five percent of all Never Ending Pasta Bowls are
cursed. If a character begins eating
from this bowl, he must make a saving throw versus magic else be compelled to
gorge himself on pasta. A stricken
character will begin to gain weight at the rate of one pound per turn. The character will lose one point of
dexterity per every 5% of initial body weight consumed. Once a character reaches zero dexterity, he will
be unable to move due to morbid obesity.
Once morbidly obese, the character must continue to make a saving throw each
turn versus Paralyzation, Poison, or Death Magic else die from over-eating.
The curse can be removed via Dispel Magic, Remove Curse,
Limited Wish, or Wish spells. Lost
dexterity will be returned once the character has lost the added weight at the
same rate at which it was lost. A
character who has died from overeating and is brought back to life via Raise
Dead or Resurrection is no longer bound by the curse.
